 Getting there
The London Duck tour office is directly behind the London Eye on York road.
The Duck tour trucks park outside the Slug & Lettuce pub and the office is across the road.

You can get to London Duck tours office from Waterloo and Westminster underground stations.

(Jubilee, Circle and District line) - Waterloo underground station is about 200 metres from Duck tours office on York Road.
Waterloo underground station is accessible for wheelchair users. From Waterloo mainline station, wheelchair users should go to the Waterloo International terminal, using the lifts to get to the ground floor.
At Waterloo International follow the signs for the London Eye. You will find the London Duck tours office on the way there.

(Jubilee, Northern and Bakerloo line) - Westminster underground station is about 610 metres from London Duck tours office.
Westminster underground station is accessible for wheelchair users.
Leave Westminster station using the exit for Westminster pier.
Follow the signs to Westminster Bridge.
There are signs for disabled access to Westminster Bridge also.
Cross over Westminster Bridge and go straight past County Hall.

The Duck tour office:
Duck tour office is all on ground level.
We left a wheel chair in their office while we were on the tour.
There is an accessible reception counter, it is 110 mm high.
The minimum doorway to reception is 820 mm wide.

On the truck:
There are steps to get on the truck, they are steep.
After the tour the steps will be wet and slippery.

People using Duck tours can use the nearby accessible toilet in the Slug and Lettuce pub.
It is not kept locked.
The doorway is 875 mm wide.
The toilet has hand rails.
To enter the pub you need to use a chair lift. The key for the chair lift is behind the bar. The minimum door width is 900 mm.

The members of staff driving the trucks have safety training twice a year.
