The Tate Modern is a great place to see modern art from around the world.
You can go on art tours and workshops, its best to book these before you go.

There are 7 floors. You can see art on Floor 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5.
On Floor 1 there is also a shop and a cloakroom.

There are 2 cafes - on Floor 2 and 4.
The tables and chairs are not fixed to the floor.
A light lunch and drink it will cost around £12.00.

Floor 7 has a big restaurant.

There are lots of benches outside the Tate so you could bring your own lunch and eat by the Thames.

The parking spaces are in Holland Street close to the West Entrance to the building.
Coach drop off points are on Southwark Street, a short walk from the West Entrance.

There is plenty of room to move around inside.
There are 4 roomy lifts which can take you to all the floors.

There are bench seats to sit on in the galleries.
Or you could carry one of their stools with you - they fold away flat and are very light.
