At this sports centre you can go weight training, have an aerobic work out or an accessible sauna.
There is an indoor court that you can use for basketball, volleyball, cricket or netball.
They also have table tennis and badminton tables and a dance studio.
You may want to join a keep fit class - there's something for every one!

If you or your group would like to try one of these sports then contact the centre and ask for a taster session. A personal trainer can be there to support you.

If you like what you try and want to use the centre more you can get membership for a year.
To do this you need to book an induction with a personal trainer.
This means they help you work out what exercises are good for you to do.

If you live in Tower Hamlets the staff here can support you to fill in a leisure pass form to get cheaper prices.
All you need to bring is your ID. The staff can take your leisure pass photo for free.

You can hire the centre for parties and family gatherings.

If you want to use the centre as a group its best to book a week before you go.
   Cost or concessions

If you go at a peak time (when they are very busy) it is more expensive.
 The peak times are...
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
at lunchtime (12.00 midday to 2.00 pm),
and the evening (5.00 pm to 9.00 pm).
Sunday morning (8.00 am to 2.30 pm) and afternoon (4.30 pm to 6.00 pm).

Off-peak times are cheaper because they are not so busy.
 Off-peak times are...
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday morning (7.00 am to 12.00 midday),
and afternoon (2.00 pm to 5.00 pm).
Saturday is off-peak all day.
Sunday from 2.30 pm to 4.30pm.

Gym
If you have a leisure pass it costs £1.80 to use the Gym at any time.

If you don't have a leisure pass...
it costs £4.80 to use the Gym at peak time and £3.90 at off-peak time.

Group exercise
If you have a leisure pass it costs £1.70 at any time.
If you don't have a leisure pass it costs about £4.70 at any time.

Sauna
If you have a leisure pass it costs £1.35 to use the sauna at any time.
If you don't have a leisure pass it costs £2.70 to use the sauna at any time.

The main entrance is flat through double automatic doors. They are very wide.
   Getting around inside
The minimum doorway is 765mm wide (it is to the accessible toilet near the reception).
The centre is very new and is all on ground level.
There is a lot of space to move around and it has good lighting.

There is an accessible reception counter, it is 850mm high.
There are vending machines at the reception. A bottle of water or coke costs about £1.00.
There are chairs with arm rests.

 Changing Rooms
The doorways into the changing rooms are 865mm wide.
The floors in the changing rooms are tiled and can be quite slippery.

There are accessible showers with a fold-down seat. There is a lot of space to move around.
They do not have non-slip floors and can be quite slippery.

There are accessible Men's and Ladies' toilets in the changing rooms.
They have hand rails. They are not locked.

The Ladies' changing room has a small exercise area inside so you can exercise in private.

There is a sauna in the Men's changing room and the Ladies' changing room.
The doorway to the sauna is about 900mm wide.
There is a small step into the sauna, it is about 20mm.
There are bench seats inside the sauna rooms.

There are a lot of accessible toilets in the centre.
The first accessible toilet is in reception. It has hand rails.
The minimum doorway is 765mm wide.
It is kept locked, the key is at reception.
   Support
The staff were really friendly and helpful on our visit.
There are always members of staff who have first aid training.
Registered assistance dogs are welcome.
